• Developing a detailed project plan to track progress ( Using MS Project)• Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques• Reporting and escalating to management as needed• Performing risk management to minimize project risks• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products.• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.• Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.• Schedule shift according to production needs.• Planning the monthly/yearly capacities of the machines.• Prepare production plan daily/weekly. • Following the production in coordination with other departments.• To keep shipping on time and taking action if there is a delay.
