- Anonymization: Designed and developed a database package that hid the private information of the older customers that were inactive for more than a defined period- Cleaning: Designed and developed a database package that erased the database partitions, tables and MVs older or not used for more than a defined period- Converted SQL queries in the ETL procedures by removing the out-dated invalid hints and transforming into new SQL merge statements to become valid for the upcoming upgrade

- Delivered ad-hoc reports with SQL for the feasibility study of upcoming promotions and campaigns- Created parametric, periodical reports for finance, logistic, marketing teams on BI Publisher - Provided support for the application design of the new functionalities of the market platform- Participated in the planning, analysis and implementation of the future BI platform MicroStrategy

- Consultant as a Senior Integration Architect in FMS (Fraud Management System) implementation project for Türk Telekom with Zira: System analysis for systems integration, Oracle Fusion Middleware installation and administration, integration test support for the errors produced or thrown in the SOA layer- Role as a customer representative / business developer: Managed the relationship with Türk Telekom; recruited qualified candidates for positions within the company as outsourced employees

- Oracle Application Server / SOA Suite / Fusion Middleware application administration: Maintained the Order Management, Siebel SFA and CallCenter, LNP (local number portability), MNP (mobile number portability), SDP (service delivery platform) orchestration layers (developed with Oracle BPEL and ESB) according to SLA requirements, installed new SOA Suite environments for development, testing or training purposes- Performed all related operational tasks of the BPEL/ESB flows during the development and test phases of the software projects, prepared and provided related trainings for the QA team, mentored the development team for the best practices and software development standards that was required for the administrational/monitoring purposes

This application stored all necessary data for the consulting department managers to keep track of their relationships with the customers, past/on-going/future projects, consultants’ assignments, timesheets and other details and automatically created contracts by filling a template and sent notifications by SMS/email
