I graduated from Izmir Institute of Technology as a Food Engineer. Thanks to the projects I participated in, I had the opportunity to get to know the laboratory environment closely. I gained a strategic perspective on functional food design and facility design. My production internship at Baltalı Gıda contributed greatly to increasing my knowledge in the field of food production and applying the practical lessons I learned at university. I developed myself in the fields of food production, IFS Food and production planning. I strengthened my knowledge of quality control and assurance at every stage of the production process. As a quality control engineer at Azim flour factory, I analyzed wheat and flour samples and helped optimize the production process. I also took part in product development studies. My career goal is to produce innovative solutions using my professional knowledge and experience and add value to the food sector.
