• Manage 6 courses of Sectoral Education Academic Program as well as lead Sectoral Orienteering; sectoral panels and seminars under the Sectoral Education and Student Development program.• Develop and implement new e-learning model for the first two courses of Sectoral Education Program; “Introduction to Sectors” and “Skills Management”. Responsible for preparing the course content, delivering in-class sessions and grading for more than 1000 students.• Act as an academic supervisor and project coordinator for the company graduation projects of Business Faculty senior students. * Built a new system to improve the student club activities and social events in campus. * Initiated community engagement projects named as “Duyarlı ÖzÜ” to develop a sustainable culture for volunteerism* Organized cultural, social, artistic and sports events; supervised more than 20 student clubs; managed the budgets of the nearly 150 projects and the communication channel accordingly* Collaborated with the third parties and the advertising agencies in an effective manner to promote the activities * Designed, developed and managed the university Orientation Day for 3 times targeting 2500 new students
