• Coordination of corporate network processes and monitoring of data,• Execution of in-house e-mail communication processes,• Supporting career development activities,• Mentoring and orientation of the personnel who have just started the institution,• Providing trainings on CV/Interview/Linkedln usage,• Carrying out career counseling interviews with approximately 500+ students,• Identifying in-house training needs and organizing trainings,• To carry out institutional collaboration meetings in order to direct student profiles towards 200+ institutions in cooperation with the job/internship process of students and graduates,• Assisting all communication processes between the company and the candidate,• Follow-up of the CV pool in order to place the right candidate in the right company,• Giving CV, Interview and LinkedIn consultancy to 1000+ students.

• Planning a total of 38 different individual development trainings within the scope of issues that will increase individual awareness,• To provide mentorship by working with my teammate on the transfer of the stages in the training planning process,• Establishing a trainer network pool and conducting interviews,• Production and planning of training subject content,• Needs analysis to determine educational topics according to student needs.
