He is leading the HR Transformation Services for multiple customers, including HR advisory, HR service delivery, HR technology transformation, and people analytics that enable customers to successfully change and improve the way HR services are delivered. Tuhin enables customers to simplify processes; adopt new technology; design, configure, implement, optimize, and integrate services; ensure data integrity, security and create a culture of informed decision-making through people insights. Tuhin has extensive and in-depth experience in multiple Talent transformations and digitization which includes India, UK, USA, and Global using SAP and CHROMA™ platform (on cloud and on-premise). He has also experience in multi-country, multi-tenant Talent and Payroll operations through business process services. He is experienced in digital HR platform that enables organizations to re-imagine the way talent is being managed by leveraging advances in cloud technologies, user persona-based design thinking, and uses of technology trend in HR digitization like artificial intelligence, machine learning, next-generation user interface, analytics, and mobility. He is managing a large team working within an agile framework to deliver HR transformation on time.Tuhin has strong cross-industry background and experience supporting a large, diverse workforce in multiple locations, including temporary staff, mid-level, and senior executives. He has the ability to develop a talent pool for next-generation HR technology through continuous knowledge sharing using webinars, coaching, and mentoring. He is also a key contributor of executive teams, participating in organizational development, corporate strategic planning, and excellent team leader, supervisor, skilled at motivating employees to perform at peak levels.
