I am CCO for charity organisation The Alacrity Foundation U.K. At Alacrity we support graduates with building the next generation of tech startups. They go through our highly intensive and pressurised 15 month programme to develop their tech and business skills by working on and solving real world business problems with real companies. We take a demand led approach to identifying problems to be solved and support these new founders to build and most importantly, commercialise solutions to these problems. At the end of the programme these new startups are supported with raising seed capital to begin scaling their businesses. We are always looking for companies to partner with and investors to get involved from the outset of each programme. Please get in touch if you’d like to get involved. A little more about me. I grew up in an entrepreneurial family where I have always been encouraged to try things. I started out in the creative industries where I set up a recording which evolved into a record label. In 2014 I co-founded an Ed Tech Consultancy where we supported schools with the integration of tech into their teaching. In 2016 I completed a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Cardiff University. During the course I concentrated on Strategy, Consulting and Change Management. After my MBA I worked as a consultant supporting businesses with everything from starting up to scaling until joining The Alacrity Foundation.
