As the Owner and Founder of Tula Somatics | Tula Mountain Bodywork LLC virtually worldwide, I am deeply passionate about the intersection of trauma and neurodivergent conditions. I primarily work with autism and the neurodivergent communities, highly sensitive persons, and folks healing from developmental trauma, complex PTSD, and sexual abuse. My work is human-centered and individually oriented. I work through the lens of nervous system physiology, polyvagal theory, and Eastern medicine to create a unique tapestry of wellness services that have been built upon two decades of licensed bodywork and trauma-informed certifications including being a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and being an Autism Spectrum Disorder Informed (ASDI) Professional.
