Tu Le graduated as a post-graduate student in Supply Chain Management at PACE, University of Winnipeg in January 2023. She gained practical knowledge and real-world experience throughout the intensive course which is delivered by industry experts and supported by Supply Chain Management Association - Manitoba (SCMA_MB). During this time, she acquired knowledge in supply chain service regarding logistics and transportation, demand management, and freight movement. Her previous experience in the Marketing world with various roles built her as a flexible mindset person, an active responder to changes, and a multi-task handler under time-constraint working conditions. She is consistent with her pursuit of sustainable development, growing business with shares, kindness, and a win-win approach.
