Updated Nov 2nd 2021.I started a Recruiting company in May of 2021, 😊😊I am currently writing this because a dear friend actually reminded me to update this as I have been so busy the last couple months.Now here is my story.To be honest, this isn't going to be one of those super creative about sections like some profiles might have, but it will definitely give you a genuine peek into who is Naftuly ( Tuli ), Kraus.I grew up in Brooklyn in a divorced family with my mom, always was out of the box as a trouble maker, don't worry, I am not writing this for pity :)I went to 3 different high schools and decided to start working at 17 years old.The first job I ever got, was working with the developmental disability industry, which was truly rewarding.Did that for about 3 years, got married, became a elementary school administrator, quit after getting a pay cut, got a new role as a Director of purchasing for a group of nursing home out in Ohio.Then I got a job at Fresh Scents as the Director of Business Dev, was a great company with good people.Then I went to an awesome company called Opus Operations and learned a lot working there but as time went on I realized that long sales cycles are not for me and was let go.My friend and Mentor Dovid Wanounou convinced me to jump into recruiting and it has been a fun ride since.Last but not least, I truly love helping people so feel free to reach out for any sales related or LinkedIn marketing related questions.If you just finished reading this and you think it could use some improvement, please reach out to me, I love hearing feedback as I believe that is a fundamental way to grow.Feel free to message me here on LinkedInLove you guys.Tuli
