I am a Support Engineer at Office Solutions IT, where I provide IT support and solutions to clients across various industries. With a Master of Information Technology in Network Security from Charles Sturt University and multiple certifications from Microsoft and CompTIA, I have a strong background in cloud, Microsoft servers, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange. I also have experience in server migration, active directory, G-Suite and O365 administration, and Windows and Apple devices support.Prior to joining Office Solutions IT, I was an IT Administrator at Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS), where I monitored and maintained the server infrastructure and ICT security operations. I developed and managed the end-to-end security processes, evaluated and audited their effectiveness, and identified areas for improvement. I also accessed the risks, kept stakeholders informed, and met deadlines, while working with technology and business units to address audit issues related to the IT infrastructure.I am passionate about creating awareness of evolving cyber threats and continuously improving security practices, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of security awareness within organizations.
