Current• Overall responsible for all active ownership/engagement processes at our sustainable investment department. This involves reactive and proactive, individual and collaborative engagement in addition to AGM voting, proxy voting and shareholder resolutions. • Actively engaging with companies at all management and expertise levels to effect change related to ESG Issues. • Sustainability analysis of companies in Storebrand's investment universe in general, in addition to special focus on the integration of Sustainable Development Goals 8 (Decent work and economic growth), SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and SDG 12 (Responsible consumption and production) and the creation of KPIs to be integrated in financial decisions. • Development and update of Storebrand´s investment standards based on international conventions, norms and guidelines.• Negative screening and investigation of companies in Storebrand´s funds to ensure compliance with our investment standards and writing of recommendations for divestment or inclusion. • Collaboration in international initiatives addressing and creating CSR/SRI standards as well as dialogue with NGOs and authorities regarding sustainability issues. • Overall responsibility for all social issues at our sustainable investments department including human rights, international law/humanitarian law and norms and indigenous people's rights as well as the presentation and discussion of these issues at internal and external meetings and events. • Complementary work within environmental issues including climate change, deforestation, biodiversity, water use or residue management. • Training and support of new employees at our sustainability investments department and in general at Storebrand group on sustainability issues.
