I have a background in nursing, public health and medical anthropology that brought me to places like the UCSF (University of California, San Francisco and the World Health Organisation (Geneva). However, it was not until I sailed through the South Pacific Islands and lived with Polynesian people that I started learning about other ways of being and knowing in this world that are more inclusive to all that exists in it.In the last three years, I've been living with the Shipibo-Konibo Amazonian Nation, and learning through their Indigenous knowledge system ways of healing and embodying right-relations with everything around us.
