She started her career at the ad agency FCBArt Group in 1989. In 1993, she went on to work as advertisement manager for the magazine published as part of Fashion Promotion Organization, a prestigious event for textile sector, and continued on until 1995. Following her move to the ad agency MedPartners, she specialized in media purchasing & media relations while working as a customer representative. Upon deciding to concentrate her agency experience on the client side, in 1996, she was hired to set up the PR Department within the elementary & health insurance subsidiaries of TurkPetrol. At the Insurance Subsidiaries Group, she was particularly involved in creation and maintenance of corporate identity & brand perception, management of advertisement channels and coordination of PR activities aimed at internal and external clients. In wake of transformation of Turkish banking sector through rapid growth of credit card market, in 1998, she accepted the position of PR Manager at KartSis, a leading card printing & personalization systems solution provider to banking sector. During the conglomeratization process of KartSis, she managed all branding operations for the five subsidiaries to be incorporated under Cozum Holding. During her tenure spanning over 10 years at Cozum Holding, she further expanded her areas of expertise to include HR & QM in addition to Corporate Communication. She was then recruited by Cardtek in 2010, where she focused on structuring brand identity of Group subsidiaries offering software, hardware and processing services and solutions to a wide range of worldwide clients operating in mobile, retail & public sectors, and especially the banking industry. After managing global CorpComm & Human Resources operations for Cardtek for over six years, she was appointed general coordinator responsible for CorpComm, HR & QM. After leaving Cardtek to embark on a freelance PR and HR consultant career, she had founded NovaForm in 2020.
