Role 2 – Project Planning and Scheduling My second role was as a project scheduler in support of BP Alaska’s Facility Siting and Integrity Programs. During that role I was also seconded to NANA Worley Parsons, an EPMS (engineering, procurement, and project management) contractor for exposure to contractor interfaces.Key Experiences:• Developed a high level of proficiency with Primavera (P6)• Created plans for multiple projects in early phase development • Prepared Basis of Schedule and other supporting documentation for project verification• Analyzed schedule risk data out of Pertmaster and Acumen Fuse• Experienced progressing detailed contractor engineering schedules• Developed monthly utilization report to track program and organizational overhead

Role 1 – Cost EstimatingMy first role in the Project Controls Engineer Challenge Program was in support of BP Alaska’s Cost Estimating department. I worked in all phases of estimate development. Key Experiences:• Assist in developing estimates ranging from order of magnitude to detailed takeoffs• Review and validate estimates created by contractors• Develop supporting documentation to include estimate plans and basis of estimate• Coding of estimates to ensure alignment with cost and schedule management• Conduct contractor bid analysis• Conduct and support cost risk analysis and assist in development of project contingency • Conduct field quantity survey and develop accompanying report

Execute in-flight and mission checklists using crew resource management concepts to complete missions with an extreme emphasis on safety. Analyze technical and regulatory documents in order to expediently and safely plan and load cargo while ensuring placement does not exceed the structural and performance constraints of the aircraft. Calculate weight and balance of the aircraft with cargo and passenger placements and relay information to crew prior to takeoff. Use innovation to balance regulatory and tactical constraints with mission needs relative to the placement of passengers and cargo. Additional duties include the completion of pre-flight and checklists, load and execute airdrops, and provide passenger and paratrooper safety and mission briefs.

Foster a team environment to supervise and provide safe therapeutic interactions for children in residential treatment. Practice exceptional communication skills with students and co-workers to help execute treatment plan. Document behaviors accurately and concisely to ensure compliance with the Division of Youth and Family Services Licensing, the Joint Commission and Medicaid. Ensure accurate administration and documentation of medication. Provide leadership to plan and implement appropriate treatment strategies for the student with the treatment team.

Provide safety and support services during fuel transfers at the Port of Anchorage and Red Dog Mine. HAZWOPER certified and obtained Transportation Worker ID Card (TWIC) for the period of employment. Analyze, coordinate and execute a fuel transfer plan with ocean vessel crews. Effectively communicate safety and environmental impact briefs, document the operation, and monitor for wildlife.

Analyze financial documents such as statements, invoices, contracts, and prospectuses to provide creative solutions for wealth management. Effectively communicate financial plans to clients while providing an unparalleled customer service experience. Manage trust accounts and provide customer resources to execute a financial plan. Analyze a customer database using prospector software tools to initiate contact with business and consumer clients in order to persuade to maintain and expand business relationship. Manage the application and processing of home equity loans, personal loans, and business loans to include analysis of loan contracts prior to closing.
