Responsible for the development and results of all sales activities in assigned markets. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the targeted region.- Develop, maintain and improve business relations with existing and prospective clients - Ensure the company remains proactive and responsive to both existing and prospective clients - Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets - Manage and maintain an extensive sales pipeline and ensure company's database is updated

- Work out F&B yearly promotion plan with Executive Chef / Operations Manager, Sous Chef and Restaurant Managers.- Write concept brief, planning, organizing and leading the team for implementing the F&B promotions and in house eventsBudgeting:- Work with Executive Chef / Operations Manager and Director of Finance to make F&B revenue budget, capex budget and R&M budget Marketing:- Work with Marketing & PR Manager for marketing planning for in house events & Themed partiesMenu & Beverage management:- Work with Executive Chef / Operations Manager, Restaurant Managers and Beverage Manager for Menu engineering to monitoring the sales analysis, review results, gives advise for increase profit - Coordinate with Procurement Manager, Operations Manager and Beverage Manager for yearly tendering including champagne and wine selection.Resources and Expenses- Monitor overall departmental revenue & expenses, maintain in line with the budget
