• Nissan South America lighting components and lighting system responsible, accountable for complete project deliveries regarding Quality, Timing, Cost and Management;• Responsible for managing design solutions and ideas through cross-functional teams for projects, localization, cost reduction and quality activities;• Creation of engineering studies of concept, layout and optics. - Consultant @NSD Project (aug/19-mar/20) and @act digital (jul/20-jul/23)• Lead the design and technical development of forward lighting components for the Stellantis 3630 (Fiat Pulse), 3760 (Fiat Fastback) and 1420 (Fiat Panda) projects to ensure optimised vehicle performance and delivery of vehicle attributes;• Component and system level packaging and concept studies;• Work in collaboration (co-design) with Supplier Engineers to identify and specify design activity;• Component and system design and detailing from prototype to production, to internal and external design standards including GD&T;• Manage work to project milestones and timing, communicating progress and critical issues to the Project Chief and Vehicle Plataform;• Check the content of designs for release against the specification, the data integrity of CAD geometry and resolution of digital build concerns prior to sign-off;• Be the point of contact for the rest of the design community for day-to-day engineering matters;• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity, cost and weight;• Ensure the design of all components meets the related Technical Specifications;• Interpret DFMEA requirements and ensure a robust design satisfies these;• Ensure all defined engineering release dates. • Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Proper Job Instructions (PJIs) in the area of steam (boilers), refrigeration services (ammonia system), water and other plant utility systems;• Managed CMMS database to ensure accurate information including parts data, equipment data.​

• Responsible for the maintenance planning of 9 units throughout the Southeast region, supporting the maintenance teams with periodic online meetings.​

• Planned correctives, routine inspections, lubrication and preventives for the machinery based on factory production needs, coordinating meetings before and after each maintenance intervention;• Managed all maintenance work plans, equipment technical list, notifications and work orders of technicians using the software SAP R/3 PM Module;• Monitored maintenance indicators (KPIs), such as: schedule compliance, % emergency work, backlog, availability and reliability of equipment, etc.;• Analyzed the costs of the sector, looking for improvement opportunities and cost reduction;• Provided resources for the technical team purchasing specific items and inventory along with MRO team, always maintaining a safety stock strategy.

• Contributed and assisted the engineer responsible for the Maintenance department to implement the pillars of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), combining the concepts provided by the university with the industrial environment.

• Detailed steel structures projects in CAD drawings, such as pipes, silos and conveyors for several segments of multinational industries.
