Agendor is an internet brazilian startup that offers Software as Service based CRM Tools (Customer Relationship Management).Our goal is build an easy-to-use software for companies that need to organize their relationships and deals with customers as well as sharing important information among the team.As there was no such tool for our customers to use, most of them organize themselves with Excel spreadsheets or just paper stuff. Therefore, we are creating a new market with our product and these people now have a tool that was made for their needs.I started working on the Android version application to enable a better experience for our users with these devices, like offline use and daily tasks management. In the beginning, I also did a lot of customer support by chat, phone and e-mail. It was great to understand how our users think and what are their needs.After our Android app got mature and our iOS developer started to take care of the Android app too, my focus changed to the Web application, where we had more stuff to do. I helped improve the whole product itself, from the architecture design, development practices to the user experience with the application. I develop in the back-end, with PHP, Ruby and Node.js, and in the front-end, with HTML, CSS, React.js and Javascript. I was responsible to setup many infrastructure tools like Vagrant, Jenkins (CI), Staging and Production servers.As our team is growing, my role now is more about orchestrating our product development than coding. Thinking about how technology can help our users. Trying to improve our development workflow by working on architecture design, Continuous Delivery, Git flow and other good practices. Working together with other developers to learn and share knowledge. I talk to customers frequently to learn how to build the best possible product to salespeople.

Started working as a trainee, programming in Java for web applications to the university and also other companies. After 1 year, my skills were improved and I've got a promotion to become an official employee. I kept working with Java for Web but also sometimes for Desktop applications. My role used to be as back-end developer as well as front-end. In most of the projects, in addition to program in Java, I also prepared SQL and database relationships. While in others I worked more on UI with HTML, Javascript and CSS.
