I am responsible to communicate with stakeholders and SMEs before every sprint cycle to gather designrequirements for the release cycle. Understand the feature flow and its final state. Once the requirement is understood I was responsible to create a project delivery plan for the designartefacts, divide the features within team and assign deliverables. On basis of the requirements and secondary research I need to ideate on the design solutions and startcreating wireframes. Once the wireframes are created, they are presented to stakeholders for quick round of review and feedback. In next step I implement any changes suggested and start with the Lo-Fi design prototypes. Using the Lo-Fi clickable prototypes, I get it tested with the engineering team, observe if they are able tocomplete tasks assigned, using think aloud approach I try to capture the pain points and interaction issues. Ausability test report is created, reviewed with stakeholders and then final solutions are decided. After this using the Citi Design System Hi-Fi clickable prototypes are designed and presented to stakeholders.SME’s and Engineering team give their final feedback and after implementing suggestions if any itsdocumented and shred with developers with link of design artefacts for their implementation. In this project Multiple feature flows were created from starch, updated from previous release with update inbusiness requirements. My team and I was responsible for designing monthly Newsletter updating the release activities within theNAM unit. I used Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Figma tools to create these newsletters.

Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to improve efficiency by prioritizing and working through obstacles while maintaining a focus on the user experience. Managed design review cycles with management, engineering, designers, and stakeholders. Collaborated with the QA team to finalize the implementation of projects to ensure proper execution of the user experience and compliance with the specifications. Organized and conducted participant training for User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to ensure participation and accurate results. Documented UAT results and made recommendations based on how closely the product’s performance met the criteria defined in the UX and business requirements Worked towards Improving the Information Architecture, as well as workflow, design, and responsiveness for Confidential 's online magazine, store, blog, event, and educational websites. Worked directly with the Content Director to unify navigation across multiple websites. Utilized Google Analytics, A/B testing, click mapping, online surveys, and remote usability testing as a way to optimize conversions and enhance the user experience. Collaborated with Google on Maker Camp’s responsive website by providing wireframes, design concepts, and content. Established criteria and created wireframes for MAKE Community, a social networking website that will ultimately connect over 1 million DIY's. Worked directly with a team of 4 web developers in order to quickly solve current issues and also create a roadmap for enhancing the users experience across multiple websites.
