Tully is an inspired spiritual healer and yoga teacher. She came to yoga as a result of a back injury. Yoga not only healed her back, but has increased her physical strength and flexibility. Tully's passion is to introduce and coach others in this healing practice. She has gained enhanced mental clarity, relaxation - of mind and spirit - total presence and harmony. Her goal is to share these healing practices with her students.For fun she likes to hang out and hike with her dog Maggie.She loves to volunteer where needed and helps many in her community. Photography and reading are her main pastimes as well as movies, music and theater.Tully is also a world traveler, recently returning from India and Bali, where she practiced yoga with different cultures and traditions. She is a certified yoga teacher through Namaspa and has attended 3 boot camps with Baron Baptiste along with various other Baptiste yoga trainings. She is on track to becoming a certified Baptiste yoga instructor.Tully welcomes all peoples with an open heart and shares her teachings and blessings with much joy.
