(lead underwriter) in connection with the $57.5 million bought deal offering of convertible debentures by Quarterhill Inc.- Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan Trust Fund in connection with the $455 million private placement purchase of common shares of Definity Financial Corporation during its $1.6 billion IPO.- Willow L.P. in connection with the design and launch of Canada’s first real estate investing platform- BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (the joint bookrunners) in connection with Fairfax Financial Holdings’ US$750 million Senior Notes offering.- Hydro One Limited in connection with its Universal Base Shelf Prospectus renewal.- Hydro One Inc. in connection with its $750 million offering of Medium Term Notes.- LifeWorks Inc. in its $2.3 billion acquisition by TELUS.

Infantry Soldier at the 4th Battalion, the Royal Canadian Regiment in London, Ontario. While attending law school, I was attach-posted to the Essex & Kent Scottish Regiment in Windsor, Ontario. My soldiering career involved weekly parade nights, monthly field exercises, ceremonial parades and various field training courses, which included basic military qualification (BMQ), Infantry development period 1 (DP1), basic winter warfare (BWW) and military first aid (FA).

RA / TA for the Legal Research and Writing course at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. In this capacity, I drafted, designed and graded course assignments and study materials for a cohort of nearly 80 first-year law students, while simultaneously hosting weekly office hours and TA sessions.
