About Tul Pinkaew

Tul believes in the power of stories to connect people and change the world. He started his career in advertising before pursuing journalism working for both Bangkok Post and Reuters news agency as a political correspondent. He took his skills and creativity to the impact sector pioneering grassroots mobilization initiatives, providing communities and campaigners across Asia and beyond with a platform to engage with the public during the nascent stage of social media. Prior to starting SideKick, Tul founded the Thai chapter of Change.org, the world's largest online petition platform, where he supported over a million people to mobilize on everything from campaigning for bike lanes and replacing potholes to saving thousands of rural schools and improving the lives of migrant workers.
