Build database of potential clients based in India.Cold calling, converting leads to business enquiries. In person meeting with the customer and closing on contracts, rate negotiation. Get the requirement from the client. Analyze the requirement, which is assigned. Use effective sourcing strategies such as Portals and resume databases to find potential candidate.Schedule interviews for the candidates.Conduct Interview for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications & skills meet open positions.Develop continuous pipeline of candidates to provide backup.Coordinate with the client as and when required and schedule final round of interview for the short listed candidates.Follow up with the client for the updates on the candidates submitted and feedback.Closing the requirements on specified dates for the desired positions.Providing training to the freshers on basic HR concepts, soft skills, interviewing skills & imparting basic knowledge on payrolls & labour laws.

Joined as a HR Recruiter and promoted as a Team leader within 3 months. On 5th August, I was again promoted as Team manager wherein I handled a team of 20-25 people.
