The operations are facilitated by comprehensive warehousing and sophisticated delivery networks, adaptive marketing teams and a customer-oriented salesforce, TSL are experts in handling Fast Moving Consumer Goods and bridging the gap between the manufacturer and the consumer~ Facilitated the implementation and introduction of an end-to-end cold chain process to launch the exclusive distribution partnership for Upfield Lanka (PVT) Limited in April 2020 amidst the pandemic, the local representative of the world’s largest plant-based food company. Under this partnership, TSL is responsible in the distribution of Sri Lanka’s renowned fat spread brands Astra and Flora~ Improved the level of service to over 2700 + active customer base within the Unilever & Upfield distribution territory since 2019 to achieve a revenue growth of 33% by 2022~ Instituted a comprehensive e-commerce store to expand the business to consumer channel during the pandemic utilizing the existing delivery fleet as the last mile delivery network while adhering to all safety and government protocols~ Pioneered “Super March Drive 2022” a Key Performance Indicator based incentive scheme along with Unilever & Upfield to drive availability & visibility of the complete product range. What is IHL? International Humanitarian Law (IHL) is the body of law that places basic limits on how war is waged. It aims to protect human dignity during times of armed conflict, and to prevent or reduce the suffering and destruction that result from war. Responsible for leading a team of 6 high school students from the Cincinnati Area along with an auxiliary team mentor, to launch a practical and an innovative action plan to disseminate the concepts of International Humanitarian Law among the youth. This is a pilot program which the IHL Education wing of the American Red Cross is conducting partnering with 9 chapters in the United States.
