As a software development manager and agile product owner, I played a key role in leading the expansion of our development team to a new location. I was responsible for hiring and managing two new teams of developers, overseeing their day-to-day work, and ensuring they are aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives. I work closely with stakeholders across multiple countries to establish a collaborative working environment, leveraging agile methodologies to ensure effective communication and seamless project execution.In role of product owner I am responsible for development of technical products: such as REST APIs, analytics, platform services and frameworks.Currently my main focus is migration of existing solution to cloud technologies and SaaS business.
