Responsible for OzForex's competitive advantage in handling electronic payments across the globe.Implemented Direct Debit processing, Debit card acceptance, mobile payments, priority payment processing, intraday reconciliation, settlement risk control and other innovative payment schemes across 30 different payment systems.Responsible for the strategic payments roadmap keeping OzForex a leader in international payments that provides a scalable high service customer experience. Direct a team responsible for delivering key high complexity projects such as launching new transactional partner web platform and subject matter expert supporting complex strategic sales.
