The primary role of the Brand Activation Specialist is to assist the Business Development efforts by planning marketing efforts and creating content and engaging materials and experiences that can be used to generate interest from potential clients and help retain existing clients. The Brand Activation Specialist also aids the Business Development efforts on developing a local and international Partner ecosystem for BOARD MEETING’s product offerings. Additionally, the Brand Activation Specialist works BOARD MEETING’s social networks presence and newsletters to strengthen the brand and help the Business Development efforts to develop the pipeline of new business coming in. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services CAVEDIGITAL can provide, and of the company’s competitors.

• Internal VUMA Alignment and communicationo Liaise & align with planners and fibrehoods regarding the new areas to engageo Liaise with PM as is required to ensure alignment;o Update Quick Base daily to keep records of all work up to dateo Ensure contact details of MDUs are obtained and loaded to Quick Baseo Data capturing for relevant activities from being a resident liaison and as requested by PM/Fibrehood Manager.o Make contact with MDU landlords to set up the relationship.o Managing distribution of RA endorsement letter into postboxes in the community.o Being present at town hall meetings to support your Fibrehood Manager and fibrehood.o Join relevant Facebook Groups and Twitter pages as required for your fibrehood. Monitor and provide updates and feedback on those social media platforms where necessary.o Manage printing and distribution of construction letters two weeks prior to construction activity taking place. Update accordingly on Quick Base.o Manage and co-ordinate all processes around wall box communication and engagement with residents within your fibrehood.o Order sufficient wall box booklets for your fibrehood i.e. 1 for each home.• Managing Surveys and LLAo Align with PM and Planners and make appointments with landlords for surveys of their respective MDUs to be conducted.o Liaise with Planners and submit completed plans to MDU management for Land Lord Approval (LLA)o Managing resident expectations and resolving resident issues:o Attend to all resident complaints, meet on-site as necessary. Ensure any requests from residents are attended to by APMs or contractors. Follow up with MDU teams and resident to ensure resolution is to their satisfaction.o Escalate high risk residents early - Make a note of all high risk residents, log on Quick Base and make the Fibrehood Manager, PMs and APMs aware of these as a matter of great urgency.o Manage all pre-build, during and post-build communications as delegated by Fibrehood Manager.

• Manage the damaged stock returns• Goods receipt; a full handling unit and delivery• Create credit note for the store• Run reports for unprocessed claims• Run reports for outstanding freight list• Resolve claims for stores

Collections for African Bank:• Collect payments on past due accounts;• Create a list of people who have not made payments;• Locate customers using credit bureau information, background checks, loan documents, and other paperwork or databases;• Call customers using telephone;• Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing;• Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed;

• Sales of cell phone contracts to potential customers;• Work closely with customers throughout the sales process;• Negotiate with potential clients about orders;• Foster a successful relationship endearing the customer to business;• Process orders;• Keep up to date with product development;• Target of 10 customers a day.

• Data Administration• Debrief: collect waybills of drivers; Sign off for deliveries by drivers; keeping record of orders going in and out; capturing orders; paid or not paid on system, follow-up on orders for the next day to book drivers;• Typing and capturing data onto the system;• Typing reports to Supervisor;• Communicate with all drivers.
