- Plan and coordinate Sales Enablement video conferencing to remote regional offices.- Create dashboards on Power BI as well as pivot charts for reporting.- Create weekly sales huddle presentation to highlight sales achievements for the week.- Create Graphics and videos using Photoshop and GoAnimante (Now called Vyond) for sales collateral and make sure it is aligned to BCX standards. - Manage internal comms from our mailboxes and make sure they are sent out on a timely manner.- Review,amend and create processes that are within the sales space.- Involved in special projects that would increase revenue and customer experience with our new and existing customers. - Manage our internal Sharepoint site were all sales are able to view sales collateral.

• Distribute calls for the day to my team members; perform incident management for calls that need to be assigned to different resolver groups.• Deal with escalations and provide a resolution.• Respond to Incidents and Request logged for software installations and Software troubleshooting.• Update user profiles on Active Directory.• Create, Modify and disable user accounts in various applications/systems Like SAP ECC and BW (Identity management for SAP administration), Active directory, CUBE (Oracle based application), MARC, Spectrum, EMI, Cisco any time Connect and Forefront Identity manager(FIM), Project and Portfolio Management Centre(PPM)• Perform user account investigations for user accounts that are constantly being locked out using MS systems centre 2012 R2 (SCOM)• Configure Cisco Jabber on user’s PC’s and make sure is it up and running.• Compile and send the Handover for the next shift of High priority calls and team statistics.• Create and administer RSA Remote Admin accounts for remote connections to the network.• Provide users with Encryption keys using McAfee Encryption Recovery• Create, update disable mailboxes, Distribution lists and Group mailboxes using MS Exchange via Power Shell• SAP user administration and user creation.• 1st line Network troubleshooting• Printer support• MS exchange mailbox creation including group mailbox, distribution lists and trouble shooting of existing mailboxes.• Assist users using RDP.
