My role is managing partnerships with members, corporate sponsors and clients. This involves building strong relationships and collaborating with external partners to achieve common goals. In addition, I am responsible for the compliance, and certification development and execution. As part of the management team, I work closely with my colleagues to develop commercial plans and pricing strategies for our members. This involves analysing market trends, identifying customer needs, and creating innovative pricing structures that provide value to our members while also driving revenue for the organization.Finally, I present inclusion workshops to corporate clients and members. This involves delivering training sessions that are engaging, informative, and tailored to the needs of the audience.

At The Creative Hive we teach students in the senior phase of high school the business of arts. We provide them with the necessary foundational skills in design, writing & blogging, television and provide the business know-how to participate in the creative economy.
