- Control motor claims spend and make sure repair cost is always within set target- Complete assessments, additional unforseen damages and sign off FRC- Ensure accuracy of the information received from ABR- Verify the description of the event with the loss- Validate the claim by checking the time and date of the accident for any irregularities - Making sure correct vehicle is being assessed with correct warranty status - Make use the correct rates, provide estimate repair time to manage car hire cost - Negotiate repairs rather than replacements of parts where possible, make notes on Audamail/assessment notes - Provide correct coding of a write-off vehicles - Provide accurate assessment on driveable/none driveable none structural and major structural repairs- Handle complaints, queries and interact with client and all parties involved - Alert SIU with any suspicions arises on the claim - Discuss quotes/additional work and FRC’s with ABR- Completing assessments for red carpet claims(VIP) – Marsh/Elite and FNB
