The processing facility where I worked processes the farmed salmon into sellable VAP.I worked as a 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 at Bakkafrost's largest processing facility at Glyvrar. The project involved measuring and improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) in the fileting process at the Glyvrar facility. During the project I developed a framework for continuous monitoring of the OEE of the production lines, as well as improvement initiatives expected to improve the OEE by 20%.Grade: 12
