Spearheaded the development of clusters-Bamboo, Soap, Daal, Honey, Jackfruit & Handloom etc. Launched and managed the Palash FMCG brand and Adiva Lifestyle Sub brands showcased the integration of tradition and contemporary aspirations with Over 65 products were brought under these brands, generating sales of Rs. 2000.00 Lakh. Multi-channel marketing platforms such as Palash Mart, Amazon, Flipkart, WoW, Patanjali and Reliance Retail. Facilitated skill enhancement and market access for artisans and Didis through 12 TPC. Focus on sustainable agriculture and local sourcing, led marketing teams, optimized supply chains, and achieved cost reduction while increasing market share. Palash and Adiva Branding & Marketing: Successfully launched Palash and Adiva brands, offering value chain-based support to rural and tribal women entrepreneurs. Over 65 products were brought under these brands, generating sales of Rs. 2000.00 Lakh. Multi-channel marketing platforms such as Palash Mart, Amazon, flipkart, and Reliance Retail were associated with the initiative.Apparel Industry Skill Building: Launched 15 Training cum Production Centers (TPCs) to provide skill-building opportunities in the apparel industry. Reached out to 3000 youth and women associated with SHGs, creating employment opportunities and supplying products to the open market and government schemes. Signed a 3-year MoU with JRHMS for the supply of "Nayi Pahal Kit" worth Rs. 2500.00 LacPrime Minister Micro Food Processing Enterprise Seed Capital scheme, providing a grant of Rs. 40,000, is to be implemented across all 24 districts with the target of saturating 100% MFP enterprises owned by Sakhi Mandals' members, thereby enhancing the grant corpus of respective CLFs/VOs.
