- Being a first contact for coming any requires and meeting their demands customer service.- Taking orders from new customers and also new project orders from current customers.- Checking orders and projects then deciding technical issues and confirm into the system.- Informing manufacture department to design new products and following orders.- Promoting new products for the responsible territory, doing regular customer, fleet and trailer cooperative visits.- Doing the technical follow-up at selected customers and capturing sales opportunities.- Monitoring and reporting market trends covering sales campaigns, marketing activities and update Salesforce.- Sharing technical information and training customers for product installation.- Inspecting product installations, detecting and reporting errors, giving final confirmations.- Being responsible for authorized service or customer cases in warranty period.- Creating, following and closing warranty cases in Salesforce.- Supporting authorized services as a mechanical engineer.

- Accepting internal or external orders and then entering them orders into the system.- Checking open orders with customers on monthly basis and getting mutual approval.- Controlling incoming delivery term of orders and providing details for production plan.- After production completed, informing customers and making orders ready for logistics. - Follow-up of payments from customers whose orders are ready.- Working for domestic and export shipments.- Promoting new products for the responsible territory, doing regular customer visits.- Monitoring and reporting market trends covering sales campaigns, marketing activities and update Salesforce.
