Managing and overseeing all operational activities in the very busy technical department, acting as a gateway for all the customers repairs helping the Genius team maintain an effective balance between delivering world class service at the Genius bar, I use problem-solving and people skills to assure Genius Bar customers of swift resolutions to their technical problems, and managing an efficient repair process in the technical department, keeping customers updated on repair status, managing customer pick up process for all completed repairs, including identification verification and preparation, working with Inventory Control to manage and track service repair inventory, ordering supplies and tools for the technical department. I also educate my team members about products, while independently keeping my own technical know-how up to date.
