- Examination of all processes and costs in the factory and determination of improvement potentials.- Determining the amount of potential earnings and sharing it to the whole team as a target.- Commissioning the Cataligent application within the plant and training the entire team.- Translating potential cost reduction projects into action.- Evaluating the situation at the weekly routine meetings with the whole team and providing support when necessary.- Sharing weekly current status reports to the senior management.
