Ich bin Business Specialist und Mitglied eines Cell-Teams mit einer fachlichen Grundausrichtung.Ich arbeite in einem crossfunktionalen Team, das aus verschiedenen Disziplinen besteht, um alle anfallenden Aufgaben zur Lieferung des Produkts zu erledigen. Gemeinsam mit meinem Team übernehme ich die Verantwortung für die Aufgaben und das Ergebnis der Sprints und somit für die Produktqualität insgesamt. Ich arbeite mit 100 % meiner Gesamtkapazität in der Cell und bin verantwortlich für die Qualität und Lieferung von mehreren Produkten.

2016 - heute- Contact person / department for nearly every technical problems- IT – Support (pc / business mobile devices etc.)- Facility management (room planning / creating new concepts / group discussions, planning and implementation of department-internal relocations / execution of all aspects and aftercare of relocations)- Facility Management Project Brexit: Implementation of London employees (relocation from London to Frankfurt)- Connecting / corporating with IT sectors- Establishment of work/project workplaces in close coordination with IT departments- Business mobile support (first to third-level support for approx. 1000 colleagues (order/ set-up/ problem solving) - Obtaining offers for hardware and software such as telecommunications accessories, video conference systems, etc.- Ordering equipment for presentation- Coordination of maintenance and repair work around the building- Security officer for the department- Hardware ordering- Order/ set-up for connections for phones, printers & PC's
