As a Software Test Consultant, I founded a new test group for the software systems and service tests of the all projects of TurkTelekom (TT) (including PGM1, Legacy CRMs, Billing and Rating Projects).My personnel are working at the TT premises (both Ankara and İstanbul) as outsource test experts with an existing test team. Therefore, I lead 30+ people team and manage the planning and execution of the Functional, Integration, Performance, User Acceptance, Operational and Service tests. Briefly my key assignments are establishing and managing;  Verification and Validation processes and work products due to CMMI level 3 for TT. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Processes, Release Management process, Software and software test environments, The test tools HP QC and QTP, Deployment management process and its team,  Validation of the various aspects of the Services and Applications developed by the TT, Appropriate acceptance tests with end users, Appropriate load & stress tests, Fully segregated test environments, Test standards and procedures,  The documentation of the test cases, Validation of the Services and Applications.

Managing The Turkish Army Military Academy Modernization Program, consisting of 6 different projects and 3 project managers, providing different technological training systems to academy.Fully experienced in managing project managers/teams during project start-up, contract, requirements development, system development, integration tests, dry-run tests, user acceptancetests and to transition. Managed subcontractors and vendors.Project DetailsThe modernization of Military Academy’s education and training system was considered and evaluated as six different projects.Within the context of CELNAS (Multi Integrated Laser Engagement System) Project, execution of the application of tactical training at the training field by using laser beams which are harmless to the eyes and by means of revitalizing lethal aspects of modern warfare in a realistic way,Within the context of Polygon (25-50m firearms shooting gallery electronic target system) Project, renewal of both Electronic Target Systems of 25 meters and 50 meter semi open firing ranges located at the Military Academy’s campus and their building,Within the context of SSCA (Defense Sports Practice Area Construction Project, establishment of three separate practice areas.Within the context of the Construction of Central Laboratory Building Project, establishing a facility which will carry training and education levels of Military Academy students further ahead, which will fulfill gradually increasing training and education requirements of the Military Academy.Within the context of the Central Laboratory Building Set up of Laboratories Project, establishment of a modern infrastructure, supported by technology and which will contain information system material in support of training and education programs of Military Academy student,Within the context of Dean's Office Building Reinforcement and Reconstruction Project, reinforcement of the building in accordance with the building survey and Application Project.

Senior Test Engineer , Team Leader and Test Manager• Senior Test Engineer for the project SmartDeck IVV. Project Description: This is a avionics project which is responsible for making Independent Verification and Validation of the system SmartDeck. SmartDeck is Advanced Integrated cockpit system developed by L-3 Avionics Systems USA. DO-178B experience is gained with this project. • Test Team Leader for the project Generic Message Simulator (GMS) Project Description: * Generic and extendable message simulator. * Easy and adaptable graphical user interface. * Support for different bus interfaces and protocols. * Capability provided for scenario-based messaging including event-based and periodic message generation * A scripting mechanism for effective test and development support * Filtering and logging of messages and reports on statistics• Test Manager for the Project Integrated Maritime Surveillance System (IMSS) Project Description: AYESAS, together with THALES Netherlands, provides a Maritime solution, which is a large scale and fully Integrated Maritime Surveillance System (IMSS), to enable Turkish Navy to establish and maintain the recognized maritime tactical picture along the coastal waters of Turkey. • Test Team Leader for the project Vestel UAV ..... • Responsible for the CMMI Level 3 Verification and Validation Process Improvement

Senior Test Engineer , Team Leader and Test Manager• Responsible for all manual/automated tests of the project MEHSIM (JETS Joint Electronic Warfare Training Simulator) The aim of this system, whose customer is SSM and user is Turkish General Staff, is the training of Turkish Army personnel for planning, application, control and coordination of EW support during common operation in computer environment.• Responsible for preparing System Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Sceneries, Test Procedures with using MIL-STD-498, Basic Test Scripts with using SRS, Technical Requirement Doc. and Use Cases• Responsible for using all validation and verification tools (Rational’s Functional Tester, and some open source tools for defect management)• Tests are include viewing the scenario in 2D and 3D displays, EW message formats integrated to scenarios• This project performed with Oracle Database and IBM’s Java J2ee, and HLA compliant (High-Level Architecture, IEEE 1516) • Responsible to improve and use Requirements Management, Verification and Validation processes for CMMI Level 5.

Senior Software Test Engineer (Team Leader)• Responsible for all manual/automated tests of the project UYAP (National Justice Network Project which has a value of 150 million dollars and 120 engineers) for Ministry of Justice• Responsible for preparing System Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Sceneries, Test Procedures, Basic Test Scripts with using SRS, Technical Requirement Doc. and Use Cases• Responsible for using all validation and verification tools (Rational’s RequisitePro. Mercury’s Quick Test Professional, and also some special tools within the firm) for performing and reporting Functional and Regression Tests.• As a Team Leader responsible from 7 persons in this project.• Also Havelsan has CMM Level 3, and as Test Group we were responsible for Verification and Validation process areas.• This project performed with Oracle Database and IBM’s Java J2ee that is OOA & OOD and Java programming language was used.
