I was promoted to lead the HackShield Development Team thanks to the strong endorsement given by my teammates. During a period of rapid growth at Flavour, the company recognized the need for dedicated team leads; I worked on defining the vision and responsibilities for this position and was given the main objective of ensuring a seamless communication between the devs and management. My role encompassed a blend of HR, production, and communication tasks, including establishing key policies, creating an organizational chart, and conducting regular one-on-one meetings. My leadership philosophy is a service oriented one and I endeavored to deliver as much value to my colleagues as I could. I enjoyed this role quite a bit as it enabled me playing a key role in elevating my teammates which is something I value deeply.

I joined Flavour at a time when they just lost their only senior dev. Together with my talented colleagues we rebuilt a reliable dev team from the ground up. I contributed to bringing the Flavour culture and its dev team up to date with healthy and effective production habits. During my role I maintained a set of senior level responsibilities through which I've gotten to develop various aspects of the HackShield game and focused on elevating my team.

As the owner of my own indie studio I’ve found myself in multiple roles. I’ve taken the responsibility of designing and maintaining roadmaps and leading my peers with a hands-on attitude. My experience in differing functions helped me become a bridge between multiple disciplines which in turn acted as a great way to connect my colleagues on a production setting. I loved directing my own studio and gained tons of experience during this time.

Received further training in traditional sculpting, mold making and casting work. Worked with and assisted professional artists in preparing their work to be cast in various materials. Worked under strict hours and deadlines.

• Developed concept art for two computer game projects under set deadlines.• Used digital and traditional medium to create character, environment and technology designs.• Collaborated on creating story boards and scripts for the cinematic scenes.

• Assisted in designing studio sets via Adobe Photoshop and 3ds Max for TV programs ranging from the news to talk shows.• Translated real-time environments into precise 3-D models.• Worked with a group of three designers in researching and editing relevant materials and designs.

• Assisted in teaching basic academic drawing and painting to children between ages 8-14.
