Daily Jobbing of Client Purchases & Sales Mandates. - Processing of Daily Trade from the NSE. - Liaise with and visit the various Company Registrars daily forVerification of Signature (at the shortest possible time)- Collection of Dividend Warrants and Bonus/Share Certificates.- Reconciliation of accounts/holdings with the Registrars.- Assist in the preparation and processing of all documentationrequired for verification of signature, with Registrars, as well as- CSCS processes.- Ensure proper filing of all documents relating to verification, andassist in daily filing of all other documents generated in the- Department.- Preparation and processing of Indemnity letters with various registrars.
