Played a key role designing and launching an optimized sales contract review process to scale with company-growth. Built and structured the Sales Contract Review team. Worked with Sales Leadership to ensure successful contract execution, quality assurance and contract management.-Created the sales submission process for the inside and outside sales team.-Handled review and approval of post sale contracts: price, scope, incentives, monthly specials, addendums, and CRM sales tracking.-Ensured that requirements and regulations of utility companies were met as pertained to solar rebate reservations and interconnections.-Worked with Legal to create sales contract documents, amendments, and contract renewal.-Acted as a liaison between Sales and Operation.

Newark Hq

Partook in creating the commercial roofing bidding process for both public and private sectors to ensure daily deadlines were met.-Orchestrated and coordinated daily estimating and sales activities for an annual sales of $15-20MM, which included finding leads, reviewing and prequalifying bid invites, verifying project bidding eligibility, scheduling bid walks, submitting and tracking proposals to Builders/General Contractors, creating pre-qualification packages, and maintaining bid files. -Managed bid preparation and its delivery, confirmed scope, specifications, drawings and addendums, bonds, DVBE, SBE, department bidding schedule and reporting.-Solicited and pre-qualified subcontractors and vendors.-Created and maintained a smooth project flow between Estimating and Operations departments.-Trained department staff on bidding procedures and the use of internal bidding database.-Built and maintained client and supplier relations, attended bid walks as needed.

Responsible for multiple areas of contract management and administration such as scope approval, contract price, execution, insurance, payment and performance bonds, change orders, purchase orders, schedule of values, monthly billing, certified payroll, subcontractors and commissions.-Administered various contracts from award to close-out, ranging in value from $20K-$2MM.-Responded to a high volume of daily contract related inquiries.-Routed contracts for review and approval by Legal and Senior Management, execution by contractor and final distribution.-Developed and maintained file documentation, updated contracts and associated documentation, processed and communicated changes, entered contract data and budgets into the contract tracking database, and assured data integrity. -Prepared monthly billing and assisted in month-end close.
