HT Dynamic Solutions is a technology consulting and business process outsourcing company focused on delivering data solutions. As a Co-founder and General Manager, my responsibilities include:• Coordinate all sales & marketing effort, formulate marketing plans and strategies across multiple channels (including social media, PR articles, SEO, email campaigns, print materials and offline events), and manage the implementation of the plan by the marketing team.• Coordinate the company’s HR management process, including hiring, training and evaluation of employees.• Manage the company’s financials and departmental budgets, report on quarterly spending, facilitate the capital contribution of the Board of Members.• Manage company’s software development projects, liaise with the clients to confirm their requirements and convey to Programming Team to develop.

Aside from my professional pursuits, I also participate in independent filmmaking projects in the role of film director. My responsibilities include:• Organize the preproduction-production-postproduction of the film across different departments (production, cinematography, art, sound, editing) to maintain the artistic direction of the project.• Direct and support actors on set to achieve the required dramatic performances.• Coordinate with the production team to pitch projects to potential sponsors, and identify distribution channels for finished projects.

- Developed marketing strategies, coordinated marketing channels, and crafted marketing content, including social media, email campaigns, print materials and offline effort.- Organized 50+ sales & marketing events / seminars to enhance the company's branding, increase sales and maintain customer retention.- Execute advertising campaigns on social media to drive customer awareness and funnel leads for sales purpose. - Manage leads - CRM, and coordinate with sales team to analyze data and deliver reports on relevant sales trend to company leadership.

• Develop innovative, cost-effective strategies and channels to promote the Observation Deck, supervise the execution of these strategies and compose the related marketing content.• Support the Marketing Team Leader in daily tasks such as designing presentations, analyzing data, and copywriting.• Supervise the smooth operation of Lotte Observation Deck during working hours and events.

• Conduct market research and create a list of potential international partnerships for client companies. Liaise with these prospective partners to facilitate productive cooperation between the two parties.• Translate business documents, and interpret during meetings to ensure the successful cooperation between partner companies.• Invite foreign companies to attend exhibitions and official events in Korea and provide logistical support.
