1.Demand Forecast- Build long-term, short-term demand plans for pharmaceutical materials supplied from Europe, US, India..- Review, analyze and evaluate the accuracy of demand forecast and set safety stock for Skus.2. Make sure suppliers can catch up the demand at optimum cost- Work closely with suppliers to understand and make sure their production capacity match with material demand in each period and follow up purchase orders on time in full.- Analyze risks / opportunities in all circumstances ( including internal and external factors) to make decision related to order placement in order to reduce cost.3. Balance inventory and actual demand- Cooperate with sales team to update for market situation and balance with orders amount to optimize inventory.

- Negotiate and ensure the goods delivered to factory at the right place, right time, right quality.- Sourcing and develop suppliers every quarterly and also build strong relationship with suppliers.- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases

Take part in Procurement projects.Build qualified supplier base and reduce risks on supply through obtaining sufficient information from suppliers, data consolidation and evaluation, site visit.Assist in developing sourcing strategies by defining spending category, mapping current item code with category and doing spending analysis.Identify opportunities of supplier optimization and process efficiency by conducting price research, data consolidation and classification.

-Keeping track with many projects, programs for students; voluntary campaigns, the activities of my class- Finding out the students’ need and help solve those problems or raise the idea to the Board of Directors of the University.
