About Tung-To Lam

As an Principal at Bohler, I have been serving client project needs with outstanding quality and predictable outcomes for almost 20 years. I have extensive experience in land development, project estimation, feasibility studies, and permitting approval processes. I also have a BS Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and I am a MS and PhD Candidate in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Rutgers University - New Brunswick, which enhances my technical and analytical skills.In addition to delivering high-quality solutions, I am also passionate about staff development and mentoring, business development, and community engagement. I actively participate in meetings, marketing functions, business dinners / events, and cross-marketing with other Bohler offices. I also maintain a leadership role in the land development service area through involvement in civic, political, professional, and business organizations. Moreover, I volunteer as a Walk Chair at Autism Speaks (Lehigh Valley Walk), where I help recruit and retain teams, secure sponsorships, and organize fundraisers for the mission.
