The Zoning Hearing Board is made up of five members who are appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The staff who serve the Board include the Solicitor and the Zoning Officer. Each member of the Board serves five year terms.The function of the Board is to hear appeals of the Zoning Officers decisions, hold hearings and rule on variance requests of the Zoning Ordinance and hold hearings and rule on special exception requests of the Zoning Ordinance.

Team Recruitment:•Help identify and organize volunteers and current team captains to recruit new teams and team captains. Outreach to organizations in the community to encourage them to start teams.Team Retention:•Help to re-engage teams and participants from the previous years and coach them in fundraising. Corporate Development:•Identify opportunities to engage the business community in our mission through the Walk. Look for opportunities to expand corporate supporters into year-round partners and secure new sponsorships.School Engagement:•Focus on opportunities to engage the local schools in our mission through Walk. Encourage schools to start teams and/or organize school fundraisers.Fundraising:•Identify opportunities to maximize event fundraising efforts. Help to organize local fundraisers, and/or encourage organizations to start their own.Marketing & Outreach:•Through local promotion of the Walk, generate greater participation in the Walk and build public awareness for Autism Speaks’ mission. Help to organize brochure distribution in the local community, and seek opportunities to promote the Walk through local media.Logistics:•Serve as the primary lead for coordinating day of event logistical needs, helping to recruit and train day of event volunteers to ensure a smooth, positive event day experience for participants and volunteers at the Walk.Mission Experience:•Serve as the primary lead for identifying opportunities to connect the community and our participants to the mission during the entire walk season and coordinate Walk day mission activities. Work with market’s Outreach Director to plan mission related events.

- Serving client project needs with Outstanding Quality and Predictable outcomes * Initial project scoping, proposal preparation * Staff utilization analyses * Managing the production process * Coordinate permitting approval process * Supervising project closeout towards procurement of the building permit- Staff development and mentoring, business development which involves attendance at meetings, marketing functions, business dinners/events, and cross marketing with other Bohler offices.- Maintain presence and leadership in land development service area through involvement in civic, political, professional and business organizations.- Collection of A/R’s, efficiency and profit evaluations and all financial management of projects.

- Design track layouts and produce drawings on MicroStation- Prepare track lease drawings on MicroStation- A in field engineering and surveys, utilizing EDM equipment- Perform field inspections to update road-crossing database- Produce track and grading estimates- Effectively transmit specs, instructions, and corrective items- Assist Project Engineers with Project Management Duties

- Gathering of site information and data to be used in the development of construction projects- Participation in the development of major maintenance projects, including topographic surveying, cost estimating, design calculation, drafting, and preparation of permit applications- Participation in park facilities construction projects by attending job conferences, conducting site inspections, and reviewing shop drawings and catalog cuts- Assisting in the inspection of State Park and Forestry Bridges
