Build up procedure and/or standard:- PFD, PFMEA, WI, check sheet for each process- Troubleshooting, rework, scrap process, Kaizen plan2. Management:- Line of balancing, non-confirming report, defect rate- Machine improvement, quality and productivity enhancement- BOM, BOP

Be responsible for FOL processes to manufacture camera module1. As a leader, be responsible and report to customer (Apple)- Projects progress: set up, programing machine, MBO- Machine capacity: UPH, efficiency, yield, trouble report- Cross function teams : MFG, QA, CS, EESH, BP…to deploy project and requirements of customer2. Lead a team to assure machine stability and quality of product- Manage: MTBA, maintenance plan, machine trouble shooting- Traceability, Failure analysis based on 5W1H, 5 Why & make correct action, permanent action- Working with maker, vendor to fix machine trouble or improve machine function- Control spare part: in/out, request budget, fill out vendor- Innovation actions: convert & improve machine, jig, tool3. Be responsible for working standard and training- Control working standard document: SOP, WI- Training and periodic assessment

1.Develop new product- Design, develop, issue assembling process- Plan, conduct trial and launch new product- Monitor & communicate projects status to Asia Pacific Technical Center, solve technical issue in new product development process- Leader of technical review program after finishing trial period of each project2.Lead a team 3 engineers, 3 technicians to control quality of mass production- Investigate, analyze & take Counter measure for identified defects- Standardization 4M change- Kaizen activities: cost optimization, improve cycle time, machine capability- Provide technical leadership to other personnel and assigned team, mentor others in the organization

- Control quantity, specification of input material: structural steel.- Supervise fabrication procedure of oversize and overweight steel structure: marking, fitting up, welding- Be responsible for final inspection of a workshop with 24 workers- Propose repairing plan for NG product, assign workers repair.- Report QA, customers to accept product
