 Support, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot servers in Texas and Florida on-site and remote. Provide server security, permission, and controls. Provide operational support for Windows 2000/2003/2008/2008 R2 servers running services and applications.  Perform break/fix and monthly maintenance activities on servers as needed. Administration and problem solving of Microsoft Server operating systems in an Active Directory Environment.  Plan and coordinate assign projects, changes, and outages.  Monitor and manage ESXi hosts and VMs. Provide hardware & OS support IIS servers. Participate in Disaster Recovery team. Utilizing the Maximo ticketing system to respond to problem, work task, and service requests. Also administer Maximo web servers. Monitor server health, performance, disk space & health, memory, agents, services and etc. Work with Active Directory from creating and managing users, computer accounts, and groups, etc. Add appropriate users & comp. accts to groups. Add servers to the correct OU. Apply Group and Security Policies

Coordinated, maintained, and verified data for the Operations, Maintenance, Requirements & Specifications (OMRS) waivers database for the NASA Space Shuttle Program. Supported software development, testing, and implementation activities. Collected, entered, maintained, and verified data for the In Flight Anomaly Data System (IFADS). Built and maintained the structure of the Program Compliance and Status System (PCASS) flow books.

Built, maintained, and updated both the classified and non-classified Crew CompartmentConfiguration Drawings (CCCD). Built, maintained, and updated the view graphs for various meetings. Coordinated, printed, assembled, and delivered the PCASS flow books to the customer (NASA).
