- Receiving official dispatches, profiles, documents, contracts .etc from Company’s Departments/Divisions to submit to Director (for approval);- Convey Director’s messages/directions to Company’s Departments/Divisions and report those replies to Director;- Assist Director in urging and supervising the execution of Company’s Departments/Divisions as well as guiding to adjust working plans timely and effectively;- Consult Director in managing and deploying the Company’s working plans;- Follow and arrange Director’s working agenda; prepare documents, profilesrelated to the meeting or working trip for Director;- Prepare and organize the meetings between Director and Company’s Departments/Divisions or domestic/foreign partners/customers (including English interpreting/translating);- Take note and compose minutes, notices of the meetings held by Director or by Director’s direction;- Communicate with domestic and foreign partners by email according to Director’s requirements;- Take part in preparation and negotiation of Company’s new contracts on design, supply and installation of domestic/industrial/medical wastewater treatment plant;- Follow and supervise progress of the signed and deployed contracts;- Collect monthly/quarterly/yearly reports from Company’s Departments/Divisions and prepare Company’s monthly/quarterly/yearly report as well as the incomingmonthly/quarterly/yearly plans;- Cooperate with Company’s Departments/Divisions to set up working processes for each Departments/Divisions as well as supervise and control the deployment of Company’s Departments/Divisions;- Update Company Profile (in both Vietnamese and English version.

- In charge of managing company’s bidding packages, including:+ Planning for preparing the bids on ELV (extra low voltage system) supply and installation;+ Monitoring the implementation of the components of the bids;+ Attending the bid opening ceremony;- Preparing contracts and taking part in contract negotiation, contract performance and contract settlement;- Working with foreign partners/companies in preparation of ordering and importing products as well as dealing with problems raising in the process of cleaning customs.

- Establish procedure for preparing company’s bids, from commencement phase to complement phase;- In charge of managing company’s bidding packages, including:+ Planning for preparing the bids on office furniture supply and installation;+ Monitoring the implementation of the components of the bids;+ Attending the bid opening ceremony ;- Training working skills and disseminate bidding experience for the tender staff as well as popularizing the new legal documents related to the procurement and construction activities for company’s divisions such as: sales team, estimation team, etc;- Perform other important tasks related to the bidding company by directors direct.
