Provide Intraoperative Neuralphysiologic Monitoring (IONM) to surgeons when there is a clear risk of nerve damage. As Neurophysiologists/IONM technologists we provide feedback that allows the surgeon and anesthesiologist to correct the course of surgery, preventing short and long term neural damage. Monitoring includes Somatosensory Evoked Potentials (SEP), Electromyogram (EMG), Transcranial Motor Evoked Potential (TcMEP) along with a large number of monitoring modalities
