- In charge of Data analysis and Campaigns' operator of the "New Seller Flow" team to support new Shopee sellers who join the "Potential Sellers" program.- Proactively collect, and analyze data, observe the actual situation & coordinate with internal and other external teams to identify business problems of struggling sellers, thereby providing solutions. Provide reports to assist in the investigation to find root causes and propose solutions.- Use data to analyze effective selling time frames, and good display positions, thereby making suggestions for improvement for Shopee's Landing Page to increase sales effectiveness for sellers.- Market research/benchmark analysis to assess the feasibility of proposed solutions.- Retrieve data from Shopee's database to evaluate business metrics and deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations.- Create a visual data dashboard of quantitative information to report the performance of the sellers.- Plan, execute, and conduct the analysis necessary to accelerate and optimize projects.- Provide reports to stakeholders when required by the team leader.- Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to come up with data-suite templates to support data pulling for team members.

- Administrative unit: Department of SME Support Activity Arrangement - Agency for Enterprise Development , Ministry of Planning and Investment.- In charge of operating the "Consultant" section on the National Portal to support Small and Medium Enterprises.- In charge of reviewing dossiers, conducting recognition, giving feedback, supporting individuals/organizations to register to join the Consultant Network.- Plan, organize and operate online and face-to-face meetings with the participation of foreign experts.- Support the organization of seminars between leaders and ministries, branches, associations and localities.- Working with Foreign Experts on organizing training courses for Consultants of the Consultant Network.- Drafting official documents and documents related to the work of the Department.- Support other activities of the Department.
