Responsibilities:- Leadership and management of a team of talented quality engineers in a fast-paced and demanding development environment- Lead QA resources for an engagement/client release to ensure that deliverable are executed within project timelines- Lead the QA staff in the preparation and conduct of acceptance testing of new or revised modules- Ownership of low-level testing tools and infrastructure- Creating and promoting a testing environment that encourages innovation and sets high standards for quality and productivity- Identifying and mitigating risks in testing activities- Strengthening the team by hiring and retaining top engineering talent- Manage project demands and staff within business solutions- Manage client relationship during all phases of the project life-cycle- Analysis, design, and implementation of new or modified QA procedures, tools, and/or templates that are specific to a business solution- Determine and provide reporting metrics and status of activities to leadership- Development and validation of project plans to ensure all QA tasks are accounted for and that a valid level of effort and dependency is associated for each task- Management of QA project leads and associated level of effort for the project plan- Provide mentor-ship and guidance to QA leads and staff

- Write and maintain tests, test plans, and test summary reports for both new and existing features.- Execute manual test cases for new features, regression, and during hot fix cycles.- Stay current with researching new testing technologies and improving existing solutions.- Identify and execute on opportunities to improve the QA process.
