- Optimized the battery HIPOT testing processes for the Structural Battery Tesla Model Y, resulting in 3 times lower cycle time and 45% higher effectiveness than the previous golden standard processes. -Led discussions on the development of the automated battery HIPOT processes and system effectiveness verification.-Established reliable vendor connections & 3rd party partners for the newly commissioned battery HIPOT & Wade Seal line, resulting in better lead time, cost, diversity, and competition among vendors.-Designed, fabricated, and installed ergonomic upgrades & material loading stations for the battery HIPOT testing line.-Implemented temporary alternatives to keep production starting in time while responsible vendors were late on delivery.-Managed purchases, fabrication jobs, quality & ergonomic inspection to ensure smooth transition from construction to production.

-Managed a team to test & implement processes to cut, bend, notch, and weld tubes to manufacture a customizable Spaceframe Chassis in-house. Note: This has been traditionally a process to be outsourced by most FSAE teams due to the complexity. This marks the first time UAH team created the chassis in house

- Designed and fabricated 3 flange flipper machines (electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic), resulting in faster operation & ability to work with larger flanges.-Created a template to automatically generate cutting patterns for sheet metal based on customers’ custom specification, resulting in a fully automated process.-Designed an automated shelving system (with Microcontrollers, Raspberry Pis, and CAN Communication), resulting in an automated and data-driven system of material storage.-Designed & FEA-tested a new material storage shelving system with 6000 lbs capacity per shelf and low cost, resulting in easier access for forklift drivers and better reusability of the crates.-Created new and updated current AutoCAD Drawings to be used as reference for other engineers and safety coordinators.-Worked with mills, grinders, welding equipment, band saw, etc.
